Mind = blown that you morons actually sit for hours watching someone ELSE play this game with no PvP
in it for the raffles really.. got them alttabbed when doing other shit. nothing like watching streamed sc2 or dota where most of my attention is on them when they play.

There are alot of reasons to watch d3 streams. The major reason is the current state of public games. Streams are a great way to meet and interact with people.
In sc2, I would get matched up against many of the same people and eventually teamed up with many of them. In d3, I would of never met many of the people on my friends list if it wasn't for streaming.
As many people know,d3 doesn't expose you to other players and gets repetitive and boring after many hours of playing. So having a full cast of characters(20+ friends online 24/7) greatly improves online gaming.
Many people keep a stream up on their 2nd monitor or stop in while they are ahing, snacking, etc. Its not like people sit and watch every move of a d3 streamers like in sc2 or lol. Its more like a hub centered around a dedicated player. You can learn alot and get more out of the game by watching a decent stream.
and this guy has a point. it helps bring people together in a more personal localized chat room which d3 lacks in.
