Going to the game tonight, hopefully 4th time is the charm.

Hoping Kesler plays.

Great win!

For sure, huge win, only blemish was Gibson not finishing the shutout.

Great to see Getzlaf score a goal (almost two if not for an offsides) as well as Kesler back out there.

Ducks signed Chris Kelly for the rest of the season. Thoughts? Seems pointless but could prove to be a good depth piece in the postseason (assuming we make it)

Huge comeback win against the Oilers, I was very surprised they pulled that one off.

It's funny but I've never gone into a playoff season with lower hopes/expectations than this year, despite the fact they somehow managed to grab the 2nd seed in the Pacific and finished 10-1-1 in their last 11. Miller as a backup to Gibson is a significant upgrade from Bernier last year and I feel like it's possible for them to make a solid run at it this year, but it's possible all the Vegas hype around me has stymed my own excitement for the Ducks.

The prospect of potentially eliminating San Jose, Vegas/LA, and then the Predators to get to the Finals makes me very moist though.

Easily the worst playoff series I've ever watched. Didn't even seem like a playoff series, no intensity whatsoever from Anaheim's side.

This year was pretty shitty, lost most of their close games all year and just had injuries all fucking year. Can't complain as they make the playoffs year in and year out and went to the third round last year but man to fall this flat at the end, kinda makes me wonder if they'd have been better off just missing it.

Fuck.

Watching the series it was clear San Jose had far better team speed.

Veterans like Kesler, Perry and Getzlaf could not keep up.

They are getting older and it is evident they have lost a step.

It does not help that Jones was so stellar.

The bright spot has to be Rickard Rakell. He looked dangerous all series. I love that player. He is talented and works extremely hard. I can see him having a very lenghthy career at a high level.
