Its hard to know how epic OP is viewing :). Using bryan's rough conversions, ~142s/172v (for many, 1% life is a bit more than 10pts, but for some vit = armor as well) treating this as a 314 stat pt low amor roll IK chest is legitmate.
The last 3 sales I recall of ~300pt+ IK chests high vit here were 190m (I think it was 315 total pts, low armor), 125m (298 pts, low armor), and 86m (305 pts, low armor but this sale was a fluke and the chest was more like 130-135m). I recall a recent tag of~115 for a lor armor 295 pt chest as well, but it was high str, lower vit (less valuable). Derive whatever price you think is legit from this, but I PC this @ 125-140m
