This happened to me once

Then I used a tweezer/scalpel thing to cut out like 10 more (mostly on arms).

They weren't like actual moles, more like an isolated freckle or something. Only one was slightly above the skin and that grew back, none of the others did. Never had a complication or whatever though.

sounds painful. I wouldn't go through that trouble myself. I don't know...I don't have too many moles, and none of them extend out of the skin so I definitely don't have an issue with them at least aesthetically. Are moles actually moles regardless or whether or not they protrude out of the skin and are able to be felt as a "bump"?
