no.
the level of aggression he needs to play with to not just beat the top 4, but most of the top 30 is not sustainable for 7 best of 5 matches in a row.
also i question his focus against lower ranked players in the early-mid rounds who he should consistently beat. even though he comes through these matches more often than not, it's not often enough to compare with the top 4 (+ even ferrer), and when he does come through he makes it harder than it should be and this leaves him vulnerable later in the business end of the tournament.
on top of the above i don't think his inherent streakyness and the best of 5 format is helping him. the only way i think he can win is if 1 or 2 of the top 4 are not playing, or he gets some giftwrapped draw full of chokers and players who lack the belief to win the big points even if they are playing well, a lot like what murray got handed to him at the us open.
so i guess the better answer is yes, he can, but no, he can't do it without a few things breaking his way. very much in the same boat as berdych and soderling in the sense that they can beat anyone on any day, but realistically not 7 guys in a row with 4-5 of them being top 35 and likely 2-3 of the last 3 being the top 4.
