If you've got Ladder RWs enabled I don't see why not! It's a big help of course but it doesn't do anything mana pots doesn't. Insight will never be an end game item for me. Too many other weapons beat it. It's very easily obtainable though, even early on. I guess that's why, if so.

I don't frown upon people using Ladder RWs. PlugY doesn't scare me away either. If you however use PlugY AND trade items between your other characters I think you should stick to battle.net. Or Softcore... that's totally uninteresting.

If you play something like a Javazon without Ladder RWs you'll face some problems in Hell with all the immunities. It's without a doubt still doable but Infinity would really change the game. You still need to find that Ber, Mal, Ber, Ist though, so there's a lot of work behind it.

EDIT: Uh, I didn't even answer your question. Yes I'll probably use Insight for a while!
