wizard sux for high mps. thats my opinion
plz just try a sword ^^ its better. sword has more range you dont need to go that close to the mobs as with an axe.
and 15% weapon dam from weapon master also boosts your rend damage. and ofc its faster than axe.
but the most important point to me is the range.

never heard of range in d3, not saying you are wrong

but axe > sword, rend especially uses raw dmg part of the dps not ias, and axe raw dmg at 10 crit chance > sword raw dmg at 15% and loss of 10 crit (100-220 max sword range x 1.15 = 115 - 253, the max axe range is 150-285), lose 10 crit chance gain nothing. and rend does crit.

if you have about 50% cc more or less with a sword the sword would be the better solution.
yes many people told me that all weapons have same range. so i tested it and for me i noticed a difference

70 cc > 60 cc > 50 cc > 40 cc, etc, basics

you gain no real dmg from sword as i explained

and the range thing is probably in your head, but i cant 100% confirm

i think this guide is not brilliant but the basics are ok... i would change a few things
change the shout and ignore pain and the frenzy rune. (i miss battle rage and jump)
focus on more ias and damage too.
and i like andariels because its the most offensive helm. (best helm: mempo with 9 ias 6 cc and xxx str but noone can afford that.)
