Then it would be more godly for a WW barb (already godly for one), but less godly for a WD (but still amazingly godly).

What skill it gets doesn't matter, but the fact that this one is very useful is a plus.

BTW, if this had rolled IAS instead of LOH, I think the battle.net servers would have overloaded. This item is already too godly. Anyone want to do the math on the chances that a maras will roll CC, CD, and LOH, with CC and CD both perfect, LOH in a decently high bracket, and then perfect on a useful skill on top of that? I don't want to spend an hour doing the numbers :p
