but really, skorn just works so well for mp10 barb farming, makes them rend crits do insane dmg

Okay, thanks for the tip. But got around 2,5bil to spend on two weapons so I guess I can pick up an EF with LS and a rare mace/axe with LS for that and keep using my WH. Any other thoughts when my profile would be up? Any advice is welcome:)

He is saying if you can afford it to get a good crit damage EF and a mace or axe with LS for main hand. In my experience going with a LS echoing fury results in a big damage drop off.

Hmm, sounds logic. But when you can change bloodthirst to brawler because of two weapons with LS you would be better off then I think?

yes brawler is a must, but you can just use an IK belt, it provides more flexibility in gearing.

Witching hour is for skorn barbs who can get 5.5+lifesteal on skorn and use brawler

Thank you for the guide. This was very good info. I realize I am slightly over a breakpoint and could possibly lose some IAS without a loss in effective DPS.

My question, to confirm, is in regard to the damage of an off-hand weapon for a mainly ww barb.

Heres how I work my barb: (NOTE: I farm only MP10)

I feel most my dmg comes from tornadoes I spawn, and therefore this is what I've focused on. I do not use a fury generator, because I found once I trigger WOTB, I have zero issues maintaining fury. I switched to rend instead, mainly for a way to dump fury (thus allowing me to gain more) and for some added DPS against groups of trash.

Heres my logic: please discuss whether it is accurate or flawed: I use rend to force a mainhand swing, thus allowing my subsequent WW to be based upon my dagger's (OH) speed. Thus, in my opinion, having a low dps "stat stick" in my off hand is not hurting my farming speed. Is this true?


Lastly, does anyone see any improvements in gear or skill set (or playstyle?) that could improve my speed of farming MP10? I feel I am fast, but I dont know how I compare to others, or what I am maybe missing out on. I don't do much in the way of research or watching videos. Yours is really the first guide I've read.

Gear wise you can gain damage in the following areas... your memo has no crit, your innas could be 9%, your IK gloves could go into the 240 range of str, and you can keep plugging away at better shoulders...

you say its always better to use a mace oh, but if a 1170 dps 60 cirt 160 str 2.8ll axe and a 1090 100 str 55 crit 2.8 ll mace are the same price .... what you you rather have?
