Ofc, I do tacos a lot of different ways. Pulled pork, chicken, steak, and cow tongue are among my favorites.

yes, but we're fly fishing (only), it's all catch and release. it's more or less the same meat if you were to buy something called "charr" in a grocery store/restuarant
