I am looking for someone who's familiar with using Daemon Tools to run D2.

I used Daemon Tools to mount the ISO's to install D2 and D2:LOD, and everything went smoothly. I put in my CD keys, and everything continued to go smoothly. The problem I'm having is trying to run the game itself. I run the mounted ISO, and it brings up the window where I can click, "Click here to play Diablo 2: Lord of Destruction", so it seems to think there's a CD in there at that point. But about 5-10 seconds after I click play, I get the, "Please insert the D2:LOD disk and click retry".

I have tried using MDS/MDF, MDX, and the generic ISO's. I have enabled the 3 types of drives, (DT, SCSI, and IDE). I have tried every possible combination of ISO/Drive type, and I always get this same result.

Can anyone please help me out? I tried the Daemon Tools forum, but it seems to be relatively inactive. Thanks.

PowerISO won't work for files over 300M unless I pay for the full version...

Well I apparently have locked myself out of my battle.net account... I guess I will try this all again once I can get back in to my account unless someone feels like FTP'ing me the necessary files, heh.

Unmount -> Mount -> Play.
