Elites Only
I will call "Teleport In" for elites, chests, and goblins.
I won't distinguish between the 3, so assume elites.

I won't be clearing white mobs, I'll be using tempest rush to blitz to elites
I am more than capable of soloing elites and goblins, so I recommend full MF gear.
