does it treat it as OH so you get bonus IAS and the dps is averaged?

also can you equip 2H + shield?

also the proc from OH works? 2 windforce for crazy knockback lol.
or 2 wizzy for frozen orb spam!

The best way to find out that is by trying it out ur self :) i don't have time right now cuz i'm going to bed (here is 03:00) will try answering questions like that tomorrow if no one test them.
