Static +40 x 5 = 200 which is miniscule at max level. Hence this build only being useful early on and diminishing quickly.

Agree, the more I play the the less signets I'm using. Hell, I'm using only 2 right now. Signet of fury elite for teh awesomeness and the Prec signet for filling my adrenaline whilst shooting bow from afar.
