If the user wants to let you know, it is on them.

It's not necessary. Worry about the status of your own account, not others. I also have a feeling that some individuals would abuse this just so they could have their avatar switched.

Offences should be between the offender and the Moderator who dealt the punishment; it shouldn't be a concern to us.

No from me. We have no need, nor business, seeing whether or not a user has been/is suspended.
