They need to change the weapons to become %dmg like main skills >.>
so everything scales in dmg.

if you have a psn cloud arround you, it should trigger procs, or it would be useless!

was having a bummer today!

i ah myself a nice -10resorces cost for weapon throw setup, to allow to cast weapon throw any time/all times
i liked the dream bomb myself!
but when at 0fury, it throws nothing, its completly bugged
it just make throw sounds, but it throws nothing, it even prevent you from making a normal swing, to gain fury
so it was completly crap!
so was hoping that some legendary-skill like the chain, would trigger some extra weapon master-mighty weapon or battle rage-into the fray, or any fury at all
so i could ezz have 1+fury at all times


i was iso of a new skill to trigger my overpower like madniss
use hammer devils anvil for this in 1.03, but is nerved atm
atm sysmic slam rumble still allow to click overpower like +/- 4 times in a sec
but sysmic salm rumble knockbacks targets, out of overpower range, so its not adding like i want to!

mebe a little offtopic

but this improved Cyclone Strike
so you can make it cost 10spirit only
and stack over 15spirit regen per sec
but if spam it, it have somekinda hidden delay!
it only lift up monsters like ones every 1.5sec or so
you need to reposition before spam it again, or else it becomes some kinda 100%damage crap skill
getting hits when waiting for a hidden delay, wtf lol!

leshing tail kick, can be reduced to 15spirit per cast
wtf is this AH-surch bug preventing me from getting the gear

a 15%freeze chance Azurewrath,
demon hunter proc changes = completly nerved
witch doctor = still posible, but this tank-dog nn freezed targets
what benefit from it, this wind wizzard (the last rune!) who needs more wind-wizards bilds?!

so whats left of patch 1.04?
damage buffs
and a ''soon wil be nerved'' zombie dog spammer, that already have 120 million overpriced gear to let it work 25%
that blow up its main tanks, to create healthglobes!

bild diversity, where is it? !
what was blizzard thinking when they thing of ''bild diversity''
that it have to do whit damage? a rend, that not triggers anything, and not can be stacked, who needs this? they buffed it thats its even better then the earthquake, but still not gives bild-diversity
who want to use a bild that lacks tactics?

I was looking into a similar Monk build. I noticed that with perfect cooldown reduction, you could get Lashing Tail Kick to 25 and Cyclone Strike to 15 at the same time. Stacking spirit regeneration (5 from equpiment, 6 from passives / mantra, and 3 from sweeping wind rune, +35% from passive and +12% from Templar follower) could get you in the neighborhood of 20 spirit / sec. With a Daibo at 1 aps, chaining Lashing Tail Kick with Cyclone Strike costs 40 spirit over 2 seconds, so you can spam indefinitely.

Even if you're off by one or two spirit, you can still chain these two spells many many times in a row with the right cooldown reduction / spirit regen.

Also, to move around you can save a slot for Tempest Rush runed for +25% run speed, which is easily paid for when you have 15 spirit/sec no matter what. So you could get some extra speed with this build to make it competitive with Barbs for farm speed.

Yes. And the reasons this should't work are obvious: Proc chances on these new legendaries seem to be rather high. Now imagine you have several legendaries with proc chances, proccing each other -> with a little luck you easily get 6-7-times-loops (Demon's chain triggering frozen orb, triggering... while you keep hitting, probably also triggering orb, triggering...), each triggering LoH, freeze on hit, whatever -> big laggs ;)

Back in D2 I used to run a mod with AoE melee skills, obviously based on weapon dmg and thus also triggering procs... we also had triggers that launched an attack that converted your weapon dmg into elemental dmg. Since D2 didn't have an easily adjustable setting for proc%, we had big issues with the combination of the two.

looks crappy

tested storm crow
39% fireball (21k avarage)when attack
makes crits
but no arcane on crit!

but combined whit my 10chain reactions per sec, and when testing a 10dps weapon, it kills elites like madniss!

e/
a little bit strange that living lightning proc arce on crit like madniss (2%loh scalling)
and hydra not proc arcane on crit at all!

it almost feels like
blizzard fix some CM abuce skills (living lightning/venom weapon)
but they forget to scall thouse skills for arcane denamo/arcane on crit, when fixed them for CM

when testing it, my venom weapon allow me to cast 60arcane costing meteor liquify 24/7!
i am getting crazy of my own tests! but i like it!

i am 100% sure my venom weapon is creating extra arcane power on crit, wtf!
(its like 100-200% more then normal swing!)

but a 10 dps dagger + 19arcane on crit and i am allowed to spam meteor 24/7!

thas should not be posible vs small amounth of monsters like this!

i teoriecrafted a next delay for chain reaction/diamnt skin 0.5sec (when use meteor or 1.03 wicked wind)

i was trying to create intervals whit arcane torrent mines

but i was wrong
there is no next delay!
i am allowed to spam chain over 10 times per sec, i got like over 20 CM checks per sec
dots skills show numbers ones per 0.5sec, but that not means that it triggers this CM in ones every 0.5sec, its faster!
for 1.04, i gone multiply my dps over 100times per sec!
holding down the instant cast buttons>
