I am thinking hard about a new putter.

I am thinking about a Scotty, but wanted to know what are the benefits of a Scotty? Anyone here have experience with one? I know the weight etc can be customized, but what's with the Scotty phenomenon?

I've never owned one.

I have however owned an odyssey mid-mallet with the classic Odyssey shape. And I had sold that putter to switch to a mallet which I use now. I am thinking about getting this Odyssey (if I can find one) having it cut to a 33'' and putting a mid-size grip.

Just wondering what you guys think, as I am completely unsure. Price is NOT an issue. I know there are many models of Scotty's, any you can recommend?

Keep in mind I am in Canada so I am somewhat restricted by shipping, also I'm lefty so certain models such as Sonoma are not made my side

And of course I know the old saying "whatever works for you" and I will try putters and compare before purchasing, but this topic may inspire me to try a model which I may have not tried otherwise

Even if you're game is solid, imo its kinda stupid to spend over 150$ for a putter..Camerons are like 350$...............

but if the feel is there and it REALLY works, it is worth it because you use the putter for half your strokes pretty much.

If you want a putter where you can change the weight on it, try out the Odyssey White Ice DART Blade Putter. I use it and i love how I can change the weights around

Have you tried a "Yes!" putter?
I had a Forged "callie" and loved it. The Diana is nice too cuz it has interchangeable weights so you can get a heavy blade like a mallet while using a classic blade style if thats what you like.
Only reason I got a new putter was because I got mad and dropped my ball and swung my putter at it baseball style to hit it into the water... nailed the ball and bent the neck... tried to have it bent straight... didn't work.
Will look at a new Yes next year. Between that and the Odyssey Metal X7

Going with the Odyssey Black tour series #9 in the link I posted.

Feels damn smooth and looks fresh and I always gotta be swaggin' on the course. If I hit my ball OB or 3 putt, at least I always look good doing it.

Second that. If my shot happens to look ugly that time, at least the club can look good.
