i nticed that selling items and split them into items above lvl 60 and under lvl 60 and then deciding to salvage or to sell it takes a lot of time.
to make it faster i was wondering what is the best when it comes to profitability:

- pick up only yellow items and then split them into above/under lvl 60 and then sell and salvage the items
- pick up all items and then split them into above/under lvl 60 and then sell and salvage the items (huge timeinvestment but still protable)
- pick up all items and salvage all of them (not splitting in lvl 60 above or under)
- pick up all items and just sell them to the vendor

Pick up all items and just sell to vendor unless you are crafting, then salvage all.

I recently began salvaging ilvl 61-63 items that vendor less than 1500g; everything else gets vendored. (Not sure why I began salvaging, just collecting some materials for now I suppose.)

On my runs, I started skipping every rare below 60 (Except for Rings/Amulets/Follower Items) and only pick up Magics that sell for more than 1,000g. I realized I was spending too much time ID'ing rares <ilvl 60 and selling/salvaging magic items that were not worth selling. The monsters drop decent piles of gold after five stacks of NV so there's no need to waste time with blues that don't sell for enough. Now my runs are faster, I'm able to spend more time killing and not worrying about rares that won't amount to anything.

I pick up everything except for whites that do not have 20% attack speed.
