yes. a lot of cm/melee wizards use archon though and LOH doesn't work with it, but LL does.

to elaborate..LoH works differently for all skills. i know there's a chart breakdown somewhere.

works pretty well... kinda hard to aim at times though. ill prob use it to cool down archon. ive been using meteor since patch and it works decent.

The nados seems identical, so why not use Mistral Breeze rune so they only cost 20AP instead fof 35?

exactly! just tried gale force as rune and it seems it procs way more often although twisters are more random! less arcane power cost is probably best for most builds.

yea i tested the other runes too but i seemed to like this one the best personal preference.

im wondering if they messed up patching energy twister because i dont seem to see any crit yellow hits very often but my cooldown lowers a lot as if i got a a bunch of crit hits

i tested some meteor/arcane torrent this evening
i not like the wizzard patch changes
i like they nerved wicked wind, it was to random!
but what the hell is blizzard thinking?

and energy armor is still a unbeatible armor, tiny crap Ice Armor buffs? who need that?
i not need damage buffs all over the place, i need bild diversity, proc changes, proc balancing
and still no nice ''tank''-bild whitout frost nova
i was borred like hell, 15min after testing!
