why should any1 use worse twister rune AFTER twister already got nerfed? it's like nerfed²

twister proc coefficient is the same for all runes except the big twister from storm chaser.. but w/o signature spell you won't see it!

The old build works fine and the nerf needed to happen. Now you just need gear that costs more than 100k to farm A3 inferno.

Yeah I was already utilizing this build and it's just the same old thing EVERY SO SLIGHTLY repackaged. I'm going to keep looking for something that's a bit more fun and doesn't induce carpal tunnel.

Aparently they nerfed 'wicked wind' only instead of the ability itself. I tested with all other runes and they all proc more than than wicked wind.

okay that's intresting! because they said they nerfed energy twister and not just wicked winds. then I get the point of this build. although I still think ww even with half proc coefficient triggers more crits than other runes with full pc but maybe I should test it before talking shit.
