This has come up, do you know what might have caused this, The only cause i know is if the char expires and someone takes the name

There r some problems with bnet I guess. I log on my account today only to find all chars deleted (no possibility of password beeign stolen etc etc). When u were playing last time? It clearly shows that your char has not expired yet.

Oh :/ I got someone doing level service on my chars at the time, he might of been offline or online at the time i'm not sure but i'll contact blizzard

I have kind of the same problem , i joined my account and there wasnt any char left on it. But the charnames still exist on realm.

Tell me if you get more information on how to solve that problem please.

Just happened to my assa "noob" and barb "Ape" too : )

its some database problem i guess
they moved the server maybe and loaded some old backup by mistake, sothat the old chars using those names are enabled again, this will be fixed soon
at least thats my theory, such thing happened at least twice already

happened to my char James as well that's the only one I know off at least at this time

guess I'll sit tight aswell and see if they fix it on their own or if I 2 need to report it to Blizzard
