Email not being sent out

Unfortunately, we are once again experiencing issues regarding e-mails. If you submit a manual password recovery appeal, you will not receive a response from us until the issue is resolved again. Please submit only one manual appeal.
If you need to submit an e-mail password recovery appeal, you will need to wait until after the issue is resolved, as if you submit one during this time, you will not receive a response.
We apologise for the inconvenience. Our external e-mail provider is experiencing technical issues which appear to be intermittent. We are once again working on fixing it; preferably permanently. We do not have an expected time for then this will happen, but we will keep you updated.

Hi everyone,
As I’m sure many of you are aware of, we are currently experiencing some issues with our email servers which is affecting the following:
• Players are unable to register, validate or change their email addresses • Players are not able to change their password • The ‘Refer a friend’ option does not work
We are also experiencing some difficulties with the Adventurer’s Log Profile page where some players are unable to load theirs from the Account Settings page or view other player’s logs on the website.
We are working constantly to get these services back up and running but please be aware that emails, forums posts and account appeals may take a little longer than usual to be seen to. We appreciate your patience while we deal with these issues and will update this thread with more information as we get it
Please do not post in any other threads regarding any of the known issues above as we are already fully aware of these.
