The center-hungry teams will have to over-pay for Al Jefferson next summer. He's no D12 or Bynum but certainly he's the 4th or 5th best center in the NBA. He's pretty much a 20-10 player and only 27 years old. Averaged 19-9 last year, 18-9 and 17-9 the two previous seasons. If he could ever produce monster numbers like he did in 2008 and 2009 when he was a young kid.

I'm retracting my Bynum re-signing with 76ers tweet. Original source clarifies to say "not sure"

Idk where that would come from, like I said before i heard they had not even really talked to him yet.

Sixers pulled this off knowing there is a good chance they could lose him. But regardless, it's worth it either way we'd have so much cap space anyway for the summer which is going to be loaded with FA's.

win/win situation. No more Iggy contract, gonna miss him but we're set now. We got Bynum for a season, possibly longer, or we're going into FA with a shit ton of money to roll with.

Howard a Laker. Bynum will re-sign in Philly. Denver saves $15 million in 2014-15. Only team this wasn't a no-brainer for is...Orlando

Damn! I wish Andrew Bynum will test free agency next summer so the Rockets can offer him a max-money contract. I'd rather see him over-paid than Al Jefferson, but I find it hard to believe he won't re-sign with the 76ers once they offer him a multi-year deal. Probably just smoke and mirrors right now.
