what resolution do you typically use? pixels/inch

Standard. 72. Higher is really for digital artists and painters mainly, I know the guys at Penny Arcade do 300 DPI. It doesn't do a lot for sigs to have higher, just because the images you'll use aren't 300 DPI.

You don't have to go through the actual sig he makes but the first part explaining composition, colors, etc is REALLY good.

Ugh.. haven't used PS since high school. I'm terrible at this. going to watch some tutorials

Not too bad for my first one right? Didn't add any textures cuz I don't have any and suck at picking them out from scratch
