So i need receipe for roasted garlic potatoes. I have lots of garlic and i want to use it so the dish will be delicious.
I was thinking of coating potatoes with olive oil (few garlic cloves minced in), chopped rosmarin, bacon, salt and pepper and roasting them with unpeeled cloves of garlic.
What do you think? how could i make it taste good? never tried this and i would like it to be good.

Exactly what you said would be perfect actually. Just put the oven at 425 F for about 15 mins and should come out perfectly. If there was something I'd leave out, it'd be the bacon, but that's just me.

hm.. 15 mins? seems a bit short. I saw receipes 400 for and hour.
Should i wrap potatoes in foil?

Are you doing the potatoes whole or cutting them? I assumed you were cutting them into chunks, hence the 15 mins. If you're doing whole, then I'd say an hour. Only use foil if you want the skin to be soft. If you want it crispy, I wouldn't use it.

If you're worried about it burning you could always do them wrapped in foil for a half hour and then unwrap for the last half. That way you still get some crispiness and it'll have the garlic.

good to hear that they're good! if you ever get the chance experiement with potates cut out with a feta and cheese filling. it's the same filling you would use for stuffed mushroom caps, but just a nice twist.
