How about adding anniversary stars, like five or 10 year anniversary stars?

It could be it's own special logo, like Kevin and njaguar have. Or just come up with a couple different anniversary colors.

A little change and additions to the website isn't a bad thing.

I remember that there was a topic for stars on left side of name for years. Each year gives new star.
