As it is not as profitable as it seemed, i'll tell you guys how to do it.

-Choose inferno
-Go to path of oasis, head north and look for rotten cellar (the other cellar won't spawm the merchant)
-if not there repeat

Once in a while you will be able to buy sovereign end for 79k from him.

superlulz if this "dupe" is actually just a vendor item.

It is, normally you can only buy a rare once from a vendor. So the people doing this either are doing merchant runs over and over and over, or they're coordinating and somehow buying it with multiple chars to make it look "duped"
