I read the Graphic design forum rules and look what I found

Designers:
Do not enter competitions when the requester has broken the request rules. If you do and get scammed, no action will be taken.
You may not enter a request and offer it for less than the offer, this is unfair and not acceptable.
You may not advertise your Signature or Avatar creation services or sell premade ones, except in your Signature / Profile
If you would like to give away free Signature/Avatar, do so in free Signature/Avatar request topics.
Keep all conversations in the topic, do not pm the Requester, with signature/avatar attempt, or about price, everything must be viewable in the request topic.

At least know the rules if you are going to try to mini-mod.

1. You can not make topic for yourself - read the rules
2. Your sig doesr exceed the maximum size, which is 70kb - read the rules
3. Saving it as jsp helps.
