I predict some silly kick and rush in the next few games. Should have given Bosz a better defence really.

while dortmund's defense indeed performed very poorly and you can't blame the manager for individual mistakes, bosz really helped expose their weakness (particularly their lack of speed) by playing such a high line - and that's something that gets even worse if you have a team playing without confidence and so ridiculously error prone (especially the fullbacks and bartra).
so while bosz is obviously not responsible for every conceded goal, he most definitely is to blame for a significant part of their poor defensive performances and how he put his players to use. dortmund is really not a poor club by german standards, but you still have to work with the players you have and can't just expect (or buy) the players to fit your football philosophy - at least not within a couple of months. a good manager realises that and adjusts accordingly, bosz failed to do so entirely.
sry, but imo he's clearly a very overrated manager. said it when they signed him, said it when they had their good run, and i'll say it again. he was a perfect fit for ajax' squad and the dutch league, and their impressive performances on the european stage clearly made people overestimate him.

A agreed when they signed him, also pointed out his vision to adapt. He is very set in his way, that's why he never wins anything when it comes to it.
