I said amount, not %. Item level only determines the amount blocked (3706-4706 being the highest), but block % comes from both a randomly rolled base (typically 10-20%) + block% mod.
Anyway, let's keep the spam to a minimum please guys
Edit: For reference, the lowest priced sacred shield with block % on the AH is 5m, and it has 2% less block and 6% less life than this. I am not saying this is a 5m shield, I'm just saying that there aren't many high % block sacred shields out there yet.
