This. And it's highest block amount (i63).
+%life and phys res on tanks doesn't hurt either.

It blocks 26% of attacks. Huge for melee. Stats are nice on a shield, and necessary at top levels, but to melee the block % is most imp.

It's high, but not the highest for an i63, I have one with 28%, but I think it may even go up to 29%, excluding stormshields ofc.
