how does it have no chance? It's 1/3 of the price and just as good performance. I'm sure they will come out with a larger screen version too.

That transformer's hardware sucked nuts. Nexus has a quad core processor that acts like 16 logical cores with 1 GB of ram. And you know Google will advertise the heck out of it.

For it's time, vs the ipad 2 it was very comparable. No duh the Nexus is way better now, as is the ipad 3 lol.

Look at it this way, at this point, decent $200 tablets have been out for how long now? If a consumer hasn't gotten one already, do you really think this will push them over the edge?

the only one that was worth getting was the kindle fire which has sold a ton. but you had no access to the android market on it (most people don't root). this is 100% honestly the first tablet i've ever considered purchasing. Finally performance meets a proper price.

You're in the minority though. You gotta think about it from a larger perspective.

i think that plus it being 1/3 of the iPad price plus proper advertising will. I'm not saying it will outsell the iPad, but I do think it will make a dent.

I honestly think Google kinda failed on this one. They enter the market super late and put out a product that really isn't revolutionary. I don't get what their game plan is.
