you keep saying he should get paid for his time, baseball wasted his own time by doing a failure service.

This is in no way magnum's fault. Nor is he responsible for a fail service.

As already stated, baseball should have regrushed and relvld the char to the JOB SPECIFICATIONS.

If I hire you to put on a steel roof, and you put shingles up, you aint getting paid buddy. You get to take the shingles off at your expense. And redo it with steel at the original cost, or lose the job to someone else.
