It's clear about the crit dmg, but the other wep got more DPS and lots more regen's

I paid 100mil for mine, that one you linked is nice, no crit damage though which is really what my gear/build revovles around.

Sick build

I notice the crit build.
But many thanks to give me a price idea on your weapon.
Since mine is 70 DPS higher them any other on Americas AH with 930+ LoH and 2%+ Life Steal.
