Assuming you have no student loans and are single, where I'm from you could buy a house, a car, pay insurance(home/car)/utilites and still probably save at least 200-300 a month. If you have a family to support, your spouse/significant other may have to get a part time job for the extra expenses though.

If that is starting wage and you get full benefits, definitely worth taking.

This really depends on where you live, what your college degree is, what your job is, what your qualities are, etc. 16$ isn't bad but if you're going to have to take care of a family, or you'll want to save up money, then you're going to need to earn quite a lot more than that.

My friend is getting 11$ / hour, 40 hours a week.
Lives on his own in his apartment.
So yes it'll work.

If you don't have any bad spending habits and don't need to support anyone but yourself then you could easily have your own apartment/car/extra spending money.

But well, things in Denmark are horribly expensive.
