I'm trying to change my password on my Heroes of Newerth account. to change the password i have to verify it by clicking a link in a mail that i should recieve from them. but that mail doesn't show up.
yes, i have checked my spam / trash folder.

any help?

are you checking the correct e-mail adress? you can see on which your account is registered in the same section as the password change
