i really couldnt play without tempest rush anymore at all. doesnt matter if you are farming goblins act 2 or try to make progress, you can get out of anything with it. and even if you die you will get back up again with enough spirit to run away. the blind has a cooldown as far as i know.

FoT - tele
sweep - 14 yds --> use the dragon roundhouse kick thing with the first rune. only use it when the goblin opens his portal. its like a pull from a barb.

SSS - sudden assault
BoH - bonus dmg
ally - air
Conviction - overawe --> dobnt forget to activate it once in a while. might go attack speed mantra/rune when more than 1 monk

Passive
the one where heal = 16% bonus dmg to everyone healed

Deadly reach /w armor
Toss up between this and crippling with damage reduction.Currently I'm using deadly reach since I like the range and consistency of the buff


RMB:Inner sanc /w regen
This is my escape move for when I get cornered,it also lets me "outheal" any damage im taking which is great when I get walled or jailed inside alot of fire.


1:earth ally

Only use it since it tanks a guy for me ,usally I swap it with a random skill in group play


2:Sweeping wind /w increased radius
For 75 spirit I get 45% damage to all nearby enemies second for the whole fight which usually lasts 60+ seconds .


3:Serenity with +1 duration
If I need the heal from it chances are I'm already dead

4:Mantra of healing /w +20% resist
This is my only spirit dump and I spam it for a 3.4k heal+900 shield

This also brings me up to ~1.1k regen which is lovely

Currently i'm farming act 2 gobs and starting to clear act 1 on inferno

12k dmg
48k hp
1070 dex ---> 30% dodge
3043 armour --> 50%
344 res all ---> 53%

for progression in act 1 i'm using

for more defence
mantra of healing --> time of need
deadly reach --> keen eye
mystic ally ---> earth ally
serenity ---> ascension
NDE and OWE
cant decide on resolve or seize the initiative --> depends on mobs vs bosses

for attack
seven sided strike ---> sustained attack
breath of heaven ---> blazing wraith

I usually switch out Blinding Flash for Inner Sanctuary when the situation calls for it, And obviously Deadly reach to go along with IS

I dont use Tempest rush ever because of the rubberbanding issues, when/if it gets fixed i would put it in place of Dashing Strike

Can anyone explain the importance of using transcendence vs seize the initiative? Other two passives of course being near death experience and one with everything.
