been doing lots of cardio (mma/running). i just ran the 10k i was training for, so now i'm free of running for the time being. time to move some weight around...

recommend me a mass building split?8 week program would be ideal

Balls had a damn good suggestion, never tried it but heard tons of good things about phat.


If I could find burns thread about splits I'd like you iirc it was excellent
