"Change the date on your computer to a few days ago (while the AH Auctions tab is open in D3).
Now, click a different tab, then click back on the Auctions tab.
Wa-lah! You can now cancel your auctions!"

upcoming patch mkaing it so you can cancel at any time but this is nifty till then :D

Doesn't work the auctions just say expired but they don't actually expire.
