Theres a distortion in the male to female populations? Since when?

And it's the same thing for people saying abortion that is legal up to the day you give birth is bad, well it never happens because a doctor will never do it that late. Same here, a doctor will never perform an abortion because the person doesn't want a daughter, in the west. In the third world its not applicable because culture is so different.

Why stop abortions once a baby is born? Why not have 40th trimester abortions?

it's exclusive to late term abortions (one cannot know the sex during the earlier stages of a pregnancy), so really it's just another reason to be against late term abortions

I still don't see the big deal in the parents having an interest in the gender of their offspring. What's the harm?

What if there was a similar situation where someone needed to wait until late in the pregnancy to see if the child had some sort of disease. A disease bad enough to make the life not worth starting. Is it ok to abort in that circumstance?

you make the decision to either separate them thus saving one and killing the other, or you let them both live a shorter life as conjoined twins

And @ the bold, I know there is a difference, but if no one is being harmed then who cares if you choose to abort a pregnancy simply because you don't want a girl? I don't think it is as big of a crime to humanity as you people seem to think.
