dude you should eat HOT stuff like peppers... these have C in them and help clear the nasal cavity...

also tylenol to help reduce headache and fever
one thing i always have for colds is ramen... i prefer shin ramyun because its already hot with garlic but its better to cook it like so:
boil water
put in 2 eggs
dice up a hot dog and put it in (chicken breast works even better)
dice up a serrano or jalepeno and put it in
then cook the noodles once meat is done
