Which one do you think he signed for ?

My guess is United because SAF came to watch a couple of Lille games this season...

Honestly, think about it. When was the last time united spent MORE than 20 million on a player? Was it Rooney for 28? There is no way United will sign Hazard because he will surely cost more than 20 million.

But United will get Kagawa.
