All of the above involves has to do with morality so you need to be careful when you make massive blanket statements like that.
It's not as if porn is out of the reach of minors. I don't really care if some horny 12 year old gets his hands on an issue of Playboy. Not too concerned with obscenity.
I will give you this though--public nudity is a good thing to ban.
Although you could argue that watching fat chicks walk around infringes upon my "pursuit of happiness".
