x9 Greater Seal of Clarity
x9 Greater Glyph of Warding
x3 Greater Quintessence of Potency

Flash and Ignite

Masteries - (21/0/9 or 21/2/7 or 21/9/0)
it depends on who your laning against, if you dont know who your going against go (21/0/9) or (21/2/7) if you dont have jungle

Build
Start: Boots n 3 health pots or Dorans Ring
First b: boots, x2 dorans rings
Rush Rabadons -> Wota -> Lich Bane
Then: Void staff / Death Fire / Morellos / Zhonyas
