yes and no....it depends on if both comps have the same version of Windows...if they do..you CAN download manually...if they have diff versions of Windows it won't work (for the updates). Because of the WAY Windows Updates work...you can't tell which ones you need...until you run the updater.
So IF both Windows versions are the same, do the normal check for updates but choose custom instead of express....when it tells you what updates you need...then on the far left side, it will LIST those updates. Then you can just copy down the KBxxxxxx numbers...and then just do a search for each one in the downloads section.
But like I said...it'l ONLY work for the "updates" if both versions of Windows are identical...this iincludes which Service packs they have, which version "number" each of the Windows versions are and if they were both updated the last time...on at the same time.
SO, in all probable cases...the answer is NO you won't be able to...the odds of both Windows installs being identical and both having been updated at the same time previously are slim to none ^^
