Lots of away games in the first 8 weeks, but then a reasonably relaxing 2nd half of the season at home.

I think that the winnable weeks for us should be :

WEEK 1, WEEK 2, WEEK 3, WEEK 4, WEEK 6, WEEK 10, WEEK 11, WEEK 13, WEEK 14, WEEK 15, WEEK 17

I am sure of a record of 11-6 or better xD

I love that we get on MNF :D

Assuming the schedule remains the same, that's a pretty tough schedule for you guys...

You think you can beat Peyton and the Broncos in Denver?

Why do you think you'll beat the Panthers in Carolina and lose to them in TB? I don't get that logic. They dominated you both games last season pretty bad.

Yes - I think we can win vs Peyton and the Broncos. No, I don't think it will be easy, and no, I don't think that it'll be low scoring if it happens. BUT - Regardless of how certain players are viewed in the team, we have a solid team when healthy - and with Schiano I think we can take on the best.

Last year we were awful - still gave the 15-1 Packers a really good run for their money in that game - and I figure if we can do that when we suck, we must be able to win when we don't suck.

Panthers thang, iunno. Seems logical that we loose at home and win away, seems more likely than winning at home and loosing away for this team xD

It's dependant on many things - but Freeman being on form is one of those key areas. Same with our run game, Panthers don't really have a D worth screaming about so in theory our run game with a Freeman on a good day could result in a nice win

Panthers had a bunch of injuries to their defense. Most noticeably Beason & Davis.

I think Freeman will have a big bounce back season as will Mike Williams... he should have a very good receiving corps with Vincent Jackson, Mike Williams, Briscoe, Benn, Parker & Winslow... that's a very deep talented receiving corps

I agree - it's just waiting for Williams to break into his stride, I don't think his rookie season was a fluke but a glimpse into how good he can be - and with a guy like VJAX there's absolutely no excuse for him not catching balls, not being open or thrown too a few times every quater.

I am so much more focussed on the D though - I want McCoy to have a full healthy year because I am so god damned sure he'll be dominant. Waddabout you?

I think he should be dominant so long as he can stay healthy and that bicep doesn't give him any problems.

Should be a huge boost to your run defense which if I'm not mistaken was dead last in the NFL or close to it.

And the thing that we had in the few games we've actually had Gmac on the field, our other guys have been much more productive - our Dline was making plays, Foster and Claibourn had some great plays - and it's because Gmac be creating havoc and putting on pressure. Thats what I want back, and i wannit naow!

Bucs signed Amobi Okoye to a one year deal... Although I know he was labled a bust for the texans I think he will flourish with the Bucs as in CHI he did well last season racking in 7 sacks. He was just too young when drafted by Texans (only 19) now at 24 and with 5 years experience in the NFL it will be a very nice rotation for the Bucs if McCoy, Price, and Okoye can stay healthy :).

Dead last is correct.

Hopefully he works out for us and maybe they can sign him for a longer period of time.
