Act 4 shouldn't be too bad for you. Sadly I am playing version 1.12 for the use of PlugY (I'm a hoarder) and Iron Maiden curse makes running chaos the worst area for my barb.

donwload D2SE. It's a diablo emulator that lets you choose between a bunch of different patches. Including 1.13 w/ Plugy.

This is like a 1-2 damage upgrade but the leech is nice!
