update: she came to my friend's party and everyone was really drunk. Idk what happened but next morning my friend told me i kissed this crazy girl right in front of my girl friend. But when i was talking to my girl friend, it didnt seem like she rememberd anything as well. so i guess its ok since everyonew as drunk

You wouldn't ruin their friendship by telling your GF- she is ruining it by overstepping obvious social boundaries (either that, or you're reading into this WAY too much because you have a thing for her).

I think the real problem here is that you're such a hot commodity that you can attract women without any effort.

Just stay loyal to your girl and don't fret about this one. She'll keep bugging you until she finds a new guy to stalk so have patience!

i generally do not advice that but:
be rude. direct offensive and honest.
tell her that you think she is a crazygirl and why you think so.
be rude with reason.

this will achieve a bunch of things (hopefully):
- she will let u alone
- will be easier for her to get a "douche" out of her mind
- COULD hopefully make her think a bit about her behavior.
