update: she came to my friend's party and everyone was really drunk. Idk what happened but next morning my friend told me i kissed this crazy girl right in front of my girl friend. But when i was talking to my girl friend, it didnt seem like she rememberd anything as well. so i guess its ok since everyonew as drunk

i generally do not advice that but:
be rude. direct offensive and honest.
tell her that you think she is a crazygirl and why you think so.
be rude with reason.

this will achieve a bunch of things (hopefully):
- she will let u alone
- will be easier for her to get a "douche" out of her mind
- COULD hopefully make her think a bit about her behavior.
