Thought for sure they’d be trading a d man along with beleskey to make room for Nash.

Reportedly sending Beleskey, Spooner, Lindgren and a 1st for Nash.

I suppose Spooner is the odd man out. Nash slots in perfectly on that line with Krejci and Debrusk.

Just surprising they’d trade spoons now after giving him so much time to develop and he’s finally starting to live up to it.

Either way, they’re in a better position now. They can afford to keep some of the older d men fresh with the depth they have without really losing much and our lines are just crazy. Wonder what they’ll do when Donato is ready.

I've been a big Nash fan, kinda stoked yet worried about this.

We gave a little more than I think we should but it looks like they're gonna fight for a cup so it makes sense.

Losing spooner is no biggie for me

The Nash trade dealt some extra baggage and returned a guy who fits the krejci winger mold, cassidy has to get Nash effective in the playoffs. The line of debrusk krejci and nash looks like it should be a decent mesh, hopefully it pans out

The team has exceeded fan expectations so far and a huge shake up would hurt the team chemistry, so the moves made at least do not hinder the team if anything

The rest of the schedule has the b's playing on average every 44 hours including an extra late game in april due to a cancelled game

This last push will show us where the team is really at, with 20pts over the next team playoffs seems to be automatic

Last couple games didnt work out well but I expected a slow team in buffalo on a back to back after a western canada trip

This may be one of the last years the goat will be at a top end level, they need to make that push if the cards are playing the way they are
