It's much more than 100 losses. I am level 23 and have 116 to 107.
He is level 29 with 27 wins. I'm guessing he loses on purpose, and the 27 wins are from when people managed to win the 4v5. He didn't quit though he pretty much played up to the end. All he did was lay shrooms really though.
Oh and to snowaura, it's fun SOMETIMES. But I don't really enjoy smurfing, riot just forced me to smurf...they banned my real account that i spent like $100 on and got like 3000 games played (1600 wins) but yeah they forced me to smurf...they think it will make everyone's game more enjoyable.
